Islington estates and blocks. Use it as follows:

What happens next?
After you submit your form, your request will be handled directly by HFI Direct or may be forwarded to the appropriate Quality Assurance Officer in your area housing office.
In the case of most communal repairs a contractor should attend within 3-9 working days, but may not be able to complete the repair in one visit. Please also see the frequently asked questions.
You only need to report a repair once. If you have any questions concerning the progress of your repair contact HFI Direct on 0800 694 3344 between 8.00am and 8.00pm Monday-Friday and 8.00am-12noon Saturday or telephone the Quality Assurance Officer in your area housing office.
