2011-2018 Cyclical Improvement Programme
With the completion of the Government's Decent Homes Programme coming soon, HFI is now preparing its future 7 year Cyclical Maintenance Programme. This programme will examine elements of work including roofs, windows, brickwork and external and communal decorations to ensure they are in good order for the next 7 years at least.
Please click on the link below to see a table summarising HFI's proposed Programme for 2011-2018. The actual year of any work is subject to revision as it will be dependent on the level of resources available. Work to be undertaken will be subject to detailed surveys and the level of resources available, it is not possible at this time to advise on this. Residents will be advised and consulted in advance of any work being undertaken.
