Pre-assignment and re-mortgage information

If you are selling your property, potential purchasers will usually want to know some standard information, such as what the average annual service charge is, what charges are outstanding, what the building insurance covers and if any major works are planned or have taken place to the building. Home Ownership Services will provide this information in our “Sell-On Pack”. There is an administration fee of £150 for this pack if you are a leaseholder, or £100 if you are a freeholder on an estate. Normally your solicitor will ask for this information on your behalf, as they will send it to the solicitors of any potential purchasers.

If you are re-mortgaging your property, the lender will normally want to know some standard information about the building insurance and if service charge payments are up to date. Home Ownership Services will provide this information in our “Re-mortgage Pack”. There is an administration fee of £100 for this pack.
