Customer Feedback

Complaints, Comments and Compliments

From 1 April 2012, Islington Council will be managing all housing services previously provided by Homes for Islington.

Homes for Islington (HFI) wants to provide you with a high quality service in an efficient and courteous way. Your feedback helps us to know how we are doing and find ways to improve our service to you. Where we have made a mistake, or things have gone wrong, we aim to put it right and avoid it happening again.

Please tell us if you have received a particularly good or excellent service and want to praise us, or if you have a comment to make about our services – for example a suggestion about how we could improve a service to our customers.

We expect our staff to work with you to resolve a problem when you tell us about it. We realise that sometimes you may decide that something has gone terribly wrong your only option is to complain formally so that it can be investigated thoroughly. Making a complaint will not affect your right to a high quality service.

If you have any complaints, comments or compliments about the service(s) you received from Homes for Islington please tell us. Our staff can help you complete a form and make sure your comment or complaint gets to the right service.

Before you make a complaint, why not check out frequently asked questions. These may contain the information you need to help you resolve your query more quickly.
