An induction loop system is fitted at one of the desks in our reception area for the convenience of our hearing impaired clients.

Private interviews are available on request.

If you need to see a housing officer about your tenancy an appointment will be made for you. To save waiting at reception you can telephone 0800 587 3595 and an appointment can be made over the telephone.

A telephone is available in our reception area to enable you to contact council departments or contractors.

We deal with:

  • Tenancy matters, including information on rent account and initial forms for transfer requests and Housing List registration forms
  • Information about mutual exchange and the up to date list of properties on offer
  • The reporting and investigation of anti social behaviour in and around the properties we manage
  • Housing Benefit forms
  • The verification and receipting of completed Housing Benefit forms
  • Urgent Housing Benefit advice
  • Initial reporting of repairs to your own residence

We do not deal with:

  • Council tax
  • Assessment of Housing Benefit
  • Street parking
  • Payment of rent
  • The issue of rent cards

You may use the courtesy telephones in the reception areas to telephone the departments dealing with the above services.
