Who has responsibility for carrying out repairs to your home depends on who manages it. Your repair service may be delivered by Homes for Islington, a tenant management organisation (TMO) or co-op (TMC) or Partners for Improvement in Islington (all PFI 1 and 2 properties).

Managed by Homes for Islington from one of our area housing offices: Highbury House, Holland Walk or Old Street and you are not in a TMO, Co-op or PFI 1 or 2 property – Your repairs are carried out by Homes for Islington. Under the management of a TMO or Co-op - Your repairs are the responsibility of your TMO or co-op
A PFI 1 or 2 property – Your repairs service is provided by Partners for Improvement in Islington repairs
