Street Properties Programme

Our Contractors have been appointed to carry out all the Decent Homes work to our remaining Street Properties. Each Constructor has been appointed for one area of the Borough as follows:

Area 1 – Upper Street

Area 2 – Holland Walk
Lovell Partnership Ltd

Area 3 – Lyon Street and Central Street
Mullaley & Co Ltd

Scattered addresses (no leaseholders)

We are now programming the works to individual properties with our Contractors and plan to have some works starting on site in in April 2010. We will provide further information shortly.

All residents (leaseholders and tenants) will be invited to consultation meetings at the relevant stages of the project prior to commencement of the works to your home.
