Your service charges

If you pay service charges to Islington Council as a leaseholder or freeholder, the following information is relevant for you:

Home Ownership have produced a new leaflet for homeowners who have purchased a former council home about service charges.

Home Ownership would like to remind owners that they can now pay services charges by phone, using a debit or credit card:

• phone 0800 694 3344 (freephone) 8am-8pm Monday-Friday and 8am-12 noon Saturday, or
• anytime to 020 7527 8000, where you pay in the usual way or using interactive voice recognition
