How and where to pay your rent, service charges and council tax

Do you have a bank account?

Some methods of payment require a bank account. If you haven’t had a bank account before and are concerned about getting one or think that your previous credit history might make opening one difficult a basic bank account might be the right one for you.

Ways to pay your rent:

• Pay online - To make a payment now, using your debit or credit card.
  
  
• Direct Debit - Is often the easiest way to pay and you will get a £10 Just Reward. To set up a Direct Debit you can download and complete the direct debit form or phone 020 7527 4393.
  
  
• Bank Standing Order - To set up a Standing Order you can download and complete the form. You will get a £10 Just Reward.
  
  
• By Phone - using your debit or credit card
  • Anytime to 020 7527 8000, where you pay using an automated service
    
  • Call 0800 694 3344 (freephone) 8am-8pm Monday-Friday and 8am-12 noon Saturday
• In Person - using your rent payment card at the Post Office or any PayPoint or PayZone. The PayPoint and PayZone websites maintain lists of locations where you can make payments from their outlets. You can look up your postcode on the Post Office website. Click Find a postcode

  1. Only one reward for each major works invoice
  2. Only one reward for each annual service charge account
  3. You will not receive a reward if we have issued a legal letter before action for an invoice
  4. If three payments are not successfully made the reward will be removed.
