HFI STATUS Survey 2008 - Give us your views

HFI are currently carrying a postal STATUS survey with a sample of HFI tenants, Partners and TMO residents. It is important for us to hear your views on how we are performing.

Local Authorities and ALMO's have to carry out a postal STATUS survey of their tenants in 2008/09 and thereafter every two years.

HFI has commissioned BMG research to undertake the 2008 STATUS survey and they will be sending out STATUS postal surveys on behalf of HFI between 16th June and 4th August to a sample of HFI tenants, Partner and TMO residents to ask for their views on service satisfaction.

If you have received a survey, then please fill it in and return it in the freepost envelope supplied to BMG research.

Those who do return their surveys will also be placed in a draw to win £100.

A report of findings will be available early September for review by Senior Management and Board.

The STATUS methodology is closely prescribed to ensure that our results can be compared with other housing organisations.
