Don’t forget your rent increase!

April 2008

From Monday 7th April the amount of rent you need to pay will change.

Don’t know how much to pay?
You were recently sent a letter telling you how much rent to pay from 7th April 2008. If you are still not sure what your rent charge is from April speak to the Income Recovery Team at your Area Housing Office. The contact details for each office are shown here.

If you pay your rent by standing order you need to tell your bank to adjust your payment. You will fall behind with your rent if you don’t do this.

Too much hassle?
If you pay your rent by Direct Debit we make all the necessary changes for you and for every tenant setting up a Direct Debit we pay them £20 through our Just Rewards scheme.  You can find more information about paying your rent by Direct Debit here.
