Throughout the year, we ask our new tenants for feedback on their experience of moving home and satisfaction with their new property.
In April to June 2009, 88% of new tenants surveyed were satisfied with the services provided by Homes for Islington. 89% were also satisfied with HFI staff.
New tenants were particularly pleased with the welcome pack provided by HFI in their new home. 90% were satisfied with pack, which contains about 20 useful items including energy saving light bulbs, tea bags and a range of home cleaning products.
Nearly 80% of new tenants were satisfied with our energy arrangement which ensures tenants are signed up with an energy provider from the first day of their tenancy.
Although 74% of tenants were happy with the cleanliness of their new home, we are working to improve customer satisfaction with the condition of the property which was slightly lower at 68%.
Thank you to all new tenants who took the time to feedback on our services. We will continue to monitor our services to new tenants and will look to improve customer satisfaction across all areas.
