Demolition of the old Boleyn Road AHO

Work has now begun on the demolition of the old Boleyn Road area housing office to prepare the site for the proposed new build scheme.

HFI's contractors, Erith have stripped out the internals in its entirety (see photo) and the heavy machinery has almost completed the demolition of the main structure in earnest.

Once completed the site will be secured in preparation for the development of four new 4-bed family houses, two 4-bed maisonettes and four 2-bed flats to alleviate the problem of over-crowding of families in Islington.
