HFI has obtained 2 Injunctions, with Powers of Arrest, for antisocial behaviour cases.
Paul Martin of Wynn Court, N1 has been served with an injunction following problems caused in Centurion Close. On visiting the property there had been threats and violence leading to broken windows. Mr Martin is banned from entering Centurion Close Estate under the terms of the injunction which will remain in place for one year.
Noel Murphy of Asteys Row, N1 had an injunction served against him for causing a nuisance at this property when drunk, as well as allowing visitors to his property to do the same.
Both he and his visitors have been violent and threatening, both to each other and neighbours. He is prohibited under the terms of the injunction from causing nuisance, alarm or distress.
Doug Goldring, HFI’s Director of Operations said: “HFI will continue to work with the Police and other agencies to ensure that our residents are safe and that penalties are in place to protect them from this kind of nuisance behaviour. These injunctions should send a message that we will act on residents’ complaints and deal with those disturbing life on our estates.”
