New Council Housing for Islington

Neptune House Garages

Work has commenced on the redevelopment of the Neptune House garage site with the building of five new homes; 4 x four-bed family houses on Arundel Grove and 1 x three-bed family house on King Henry Street.

HFI submitted the planning application in August 2008 after carrying out consultation with the residents in the local area, and planning permission was granted in February 2009.

The Apollo Group were selected to undertake the works at Neptune House, and they have worked closely with HFI to build up the scheme prior to the start on site. Works commenced on 21st September and are due to complete in July 2010.
