New Council Housing for Islington

Docura House undercroft

The new build development at Docura House consists of building five new 3-bed family homes.

HFI has procured an external architect, Brady Mallalieu, to carry out the design work on the scheme and a planning application was submitted in January 2009 once consultation had been carried out with residents in the local area. Planning permission was granted for the development in March 2009.

The appointed contractor Breyer commenced work on site in November 2009 and is due to complete in September 2010.
