New Council Housing for Islington

Clifton Court first floor mezzanine

The new build development at Clifton Court consists of redeveloping the vacant first floor mezzanine by building three new homes; 2 x 2-bed flats and 1 x 3-bed flat.

HFI received planning permission for the development in October 2008 after completing consultation with the residents in the local area.

HFI have appointed The Apollo Group to carry out the works. The scheme will commence on-site in February 2010 and is anticipated to complete in July 2010.
