HFI have procured an external architect, Burrell Foley Fischer to carry out the design work for 2 proposed developments on Holbrooke Court.
Holbrooke Court N7, Site 8
A two unit development is proposed on the garage site at the entrance to Holbrooke Court. Some of the existing garages will be retained and continue to be rented out by Islington Council.
The proposed scheme will provide 2 units:
1 x lower four bedroom maisonette
1 x upper two bedroom maisonette
The development will provide an improved entrance way to Holbrooke Court with a new street tree. The development is to be finished in brickwork and render and to have light panel cladding to the projecting bay.
HFI submitted the planning application in October 2009 after carrying out consultation with the residents in the local area and the application was awarded planning permission in December 2009.
HFI are currently in the process of procuring a constructor for the development who will work closely with HFI to build up the scheme before the proposed start date, which is yet to be agreed.
The application is for a car-free development.
