New Council Housing for Islington

There are plans to redevelop the garage site located between Jessop Court and Angelis Apartments by building:

1 x 2 bed maisonette
2 x 3 bed maisonettes
2 x 3 bed single storey houses

HFI submitted the planning application in October 2009 after carrying out consultation with the residents in the local area and the application was awarded planning permission in January 2010.

HFI are currently in the process of procuring a constructor for the development who will work closely with HFI to build up the scheme before the proposed start date, which is yet to be agreed.
