Site 6 - Dog Training Unit, Holland Walk

HFI have procured an external architect, Brady Mallalieu to carry out the design work for 2 identified sites on the Elthorne Estate.

The proposals for Site 6 detail the demolition of the existing dog training centre to enable the creation of 6 new dwellings and associated works on the Elthorne Estate, London N19 3XT.

The proposed scheme mix is as follows:

1 x 2 Bed wheelchair accessible flat
1 x 2 Bed flat
4 x 3 Bed flats to be created with associated private external space

HFI submitted the planning application in October 2009 after carrying out consultation with the residents in the local area and the application was awarded planning permission in December 2009.

The scheme will also include a new wall and gate to Mulkern Road below the existing first floor walkway, and the removal of one existing tree.

Site 7 - Car Parking Area, Mulkern Road

The Site 7 scheme involves the demolition of the existing single storey garages to be replaced by 7 units, the mix of which is as follows:

3 x courtyard houses (5 Bed)
4 x flats (1 x 3 Bed and 3 x 4 Bed)
