Homes for Islington (HFI) wants to provide you with a high quality service in an efficient and courteous way.

Your feedback helps us to know how we are doing and find ways to improve our service to you.
Where we have made a mistake, or things have gone wrong, we aim to put it right and avoid it happening again.

Please tell us if you have received a particularly good or excellent service and want to praise us, or if you have a comment to make about our services – for example a suggestion about how we could improve a service to our customers.

Wherever possible, we will apply your experience of good or excellent service throughout the organisation so that everyone receives high quality services. By applying the same service throughout the organisation, all our customers would receive excellent services regardless of the service area providing the service.

If you have any complaints, comments or compliments about the service(s) you received from Homes for Islington please complete the Complaints, Comments and Compliments form. You can do this on line, or get a printed form from one of the area housing offices. If you need help to complete the form, please contact a member of the reception staff who will be able to you.

Making a complaint will not affect your right to a high quality service. This section explains what is a complaint, how you can make a complaint about services provided by Homes for Islington, how we deal with it, and how you can take it further. Also included are other sources of help available with making a complaint, including advice agencies. This section includes a form that you can complete on line or print out to write your complaint if you want to. If you make a complaint to HFI about services provided by another organisation, for example the London Borough of Islington, wherever possible we would direct your complaint to the organisation providing the service you wish to complain about.
