Your annual service charge and/or major works statement

Welcome to the Homes for Islington on-line mini annual service charge/major works statement service.

Annual Service Charges: enter your nine digit service charge account number (which starts with a '4') and postcode.

Major Works: Enter the first 6 digits of the major works invoice number (which starts with a '6') and postcode.

If you are not sure of either of these then please check with Home Ownership Unit on 0207 527 7715. You can also look up your postcode on the Post Office website. Click Find a postcode

Please note that Direct Debit payments will usually appear three working days before payment is due.
