Tenant Satisfaction Survey

Currently Homes for Islington commissions a tenant satisfaction survey each year. The provides an opportunity for tenants to express their views on how well they feel Homes for Islington has performed and how it should develop.

Opinions are sought on all the housing services we provide, such as caretaking or repairs and maintenance, the level of satisfaction of the landlord services provided as a whole, or about a particular area office and how we take these views forward.

This is an important way for Homes for Islington to develop services and to hear the views of all of our tenants.
