Resident Suggestion Scheme

We are always interested in hearing your ideas on how we can improve our services to our residents. This is an opportunity for residents to contribute and develop our services.

Any suggestion which is approved will receive a £25 gift voucher and the results will be announced in HFI's quarterly newsletter.

We are specifically interested in awarding ideas that:

• Improve our services.
• look at how we can provide new services.
• save money, save energy or reduce waste.

Any approved suggestion must make a difference to your estate or to HFI residents.

What will happen to my suggestion?

• it will be passed to the relevant department in HFI for comment.
• it will be considered by a panel of senior managers who will weigh up. the advantages and disadvantages of putting your idea into practice.
• the panel will meet on a quarterly basis and you will be sent a report on their findings.
• successes will be published on the HFI website and in HFI News.
  

How to make a suggestion

• you can collect a form at your Housing Office
• write or telephone or email service.development@homesforislington.org.uk
• complete the online form
