June 2009

HFI have been granted a 12 month antisocial behaviour injunction against Jake Parker for antisocial behaviour and causing a nuisance around the Bemerton estate.

The injunction orders that Mr Parker is prohibited from:

  • any person lawfully present on the Bemerton estate
  • any person employed by Islington Council, Homes for Islington or Partners for Improvement

He is also banned from entering the Bemerton estate, Westbourne estate and the Boston Nailor estate.
